Who we are
TheWarMinis is a trading name of Warriors & Peppers SL (trading as TheWarMinis), CIF B19984665, Calle Bronce 24, 4B, 28045 Madrid, Spain, registered at the [Registro Mercantil]. You can reach us at info@thewarminis.com. These terms apply to every order placed on thewarminis.com. Nothing in them limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
What we sell
New, genuine Games Workshop products, in two conditions that are always stated on the product page:
- New in Original Sealed Box: the factory-sealed box, never opened.
- New on Sprue: a new plastic sprue sold as a single unit, so you can buy just the part you need. Unassembled and unpainted; bases included where the kit provides them. Instructions are not included unless the listing says so.
Product photos of sprues may show the Games Workshop painted render; what you receive is the unpainted sprue described. Games Workshop, Warhammer and the names of games and factions are trademarks of Games Workshop Limited; we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Games Workshop.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT. Shipping is shown separately in the cart before you confirm the order. Import duties outside the European Union are not included, except for the United States, where we collect the import tax at checkout (see shipping). If a price is obviously wrong because of a mistake, we will tell you before dispatching and you can cancel at no cost.
Ordering
When you confirm your cart you are taken to our bank's secure page to pay by card. Your order exists only once the bank has accepted the payment: nothing is recorded, reserved or charged otherwise. We then email you a confirmation with a link to see the order any time, and the contract between us is concluded at that moment. While the order has not shipped you can request its cancellation from that page. If an item turns out not to be available after all, we will tell you and refund it at once.
Payment
By card, through the secure payment page of our bank (a virtual POS). You are taken to the bank's own page to enter your card details and we never see your card number. If the bank declines the payment, nothing is recorded and you can try again, with the same card or another one.
Delivery
We dispatch within 3 working days of payment, with tracking, as described on the shipping page. The goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you or to someone you have authorised.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, tell us by email at info@thewarminis.com (you may use the model form below). Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us; you bear the cost of returning them. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same means of payment you used. Goods returned opened or used may be refunded for less, to the extent their value has diminished.
Model withdrawal form (only if you want to use it): To info@thewarminis.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number and items], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.
Guarantee
Everything we sell is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Spanish consumer law. If something is defective, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it, shipping included.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods conforming to their description and for the damage our own breach causes you, as the law provides. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier, customs or events beyond our control, though we will always help you chase them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you may bring any claim before the courts of your own domicile, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first: we solve almost everything by email.
