Shipping

Every order ships from Spain with tracking. We dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your payment, usually sooner, and you get the tracking number by email the moment it leaves. International parcels go by Correos Paq Light International; we prepare the customs form.

Rates

Shipping depends on the destination and the weight of the parcel. The cart shows the exact cost for your country before you order. These are the rates:

Prices per parcel, VAT included, for Correos Paq Light International (tracked, up to 2 kg), by the weight of the order. 203 more countries are priced by zone; the cart shows the exact cost for your country before you order. The parcel goes with Correos Express to Netherlands and Portugal over 500 g, and to Belgium and Ireland over 1 kg: it is cheaper there and arrives sooner, and the table already shows that price. Parcels over 2 kg are quoted by email.

Spain

Shipping within Spain is a flat rate per order, tracked, whatever the weight, and free above an amount of goods that depends on the destination. We read the zone from your postcode. Prices include VAT for every Spanish destination.

• Mainland Spain: 3,95 € per order, free when the goods come to 75,00 € or more.
• Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4,95 € per order, free from 90,00 €.
• Canary Islands: 8,95 € per order, free from 125,00 €.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch on the mainland, and a little longer to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery times

Indicative, in working days after dispatch: European Union 3 to 7; United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway 4 to 8; United States and Canada 7 to 14; Australia, Asia and the rest of the world 10 to 20. Customs checks can add a few days. These are not guaranteed times: if your parcel is late, write to us with your order number and we will chase it with Correos.

Customs and import duties

Inside the European Union there is nothing to pay on delivery: prices include Spanish VAT and there are no customs.

United States: we collect the import tax at checkout, 10% of the value of the goods, shown as a separate line in your cart, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. If for any reason you are asked to pay duties on delivery, send us the receipt and we will refund what we charged you.

Other destinations outside the European Union: our prices do not include your country's import duties or taxes; your customs authority may charge them on delivery, and the courier may add a handling fee. We declare every parcel truthfully, with the real value and the correct customs code for plastic model kits (9503 00 30), and we never mark goods as gifts.

Returns and your right of withdrawal

You can return any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Write to info@thewarminis.com with your order number saying you want to return it, or use the model form at the end of our terms. Then send the goods back within 14 days to the address we give you, by a tracked service; the return postage is yours unless we sent you the wrong item or a damaged one.

To be refunded in full, the goods must come back as they left: sealed boxes unopened, sprues complete, unassembled and unpainted. We refund the price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving the return, by the same means you paid with.

Damaged, wrong or missing

If the parcel arrives damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, or something is missing, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos. We will replace it or refund you, shipping included, at your choice. Beyond that, everything we sell has the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years under Spanish law.
